Understanding the Pivot Table
The pivot table exports raw data, which may include fields not typically visible in standard reports
These fields often contain the word ‘key’, such as VendorKey, TPOHKey, or variations like BuyerKey
These key fields are essential for data relationships, but may not be necessary for your analysis\
Customizing Field Visibility
Access the Show Field List:
Click the ‘Show Field List’ button at the top-left of the pivot form
Hide Unwanted Fields:
In the pop-up window, use the search function to locate fields you want to hide (e.g., key fields)
Drag these fields from the ‘Row Area’ to the ‘Hidden Fields’ area
Update the Pivot Table:
Click ‘Update’ at the bottom-right of the pop-up
The report will refresh, now excluding the hidden fields
Close the Pop-up:
Click the ‘X’ at the top-right to close the field list window
Exporting the Report
Click the ‘Export’ button within the pivot report interface
The exported file will be saved to your Downloads folder
Once done, close the Pivot Report pop-up and return to the main EPRO Analytics interface
Customizing Field Headers with FieldNameMap
Overview
The FieldNameMap table allows you to standardize or customize the headers displayed in your datasets.
Usage depends on the DataSource specified in your report.

As an ADMIN user:
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
Go to Tools > Field Name Map Maintenance.
Use this interface to create or modify header mappings.
Using FieldNameMap with Reports
