Support Tickets

Using the app, you see any outstanding support tickets that have been entered through the ReactorNet Customer Portal.

View Support Tickets

  1. Tap on the hamburger menu, then select Support Tickets. By default, only support tickets created by you are shown.

  2. Select Show All to include Support Tickets that have been created by others and shared with your entire organization.
