Budget Analysis Summary

Purpose

The Budget Analysis Summary report shows a summary view of budget data across one or more locations and one or more over a specified date range. This report is built for CSV format and is similar to the Budget Analysis Report with the main difference being that multiple budgets and multiple locations may appear on the report only with no transaction detail. Additionally, the report will show which Budget accounts used formulas such as Cost Per Occupied Room (CPOR).

Parameters

Parameters in bold are required.

  • Locations - Choose from the list of locations for your organization.

  • Date Range - Select from a predetermined list of time periods.

  • Start Date - Choose the starting period of your budget. All data from periods between the Start and End period will be displayed in the report.

  • End Date - Choose the ending period of your budget. All data from periods between the Start and End period will be displayed in the report.
