Reporting
Analyzing your buying, billing, and other information is important in the procurement process. EPRO uses this data to generate different reports, making it easier to measure and comprehend the data. The reports cover a variety of subjects and can be customized to suit your specific requirements. This enables you to identify areas where your company is doing well, as well as areas where improvements can be made.
Classic Reports vs. EPRO Analytics
There are two areas in the system where you can find and run reports:
Original Canned Reports: These reports can be found under the Reports tab. They include preset parameters that allow you to specify details such as supplier, location, and date range.
EPRO Analytics Reports: These are recently updated customizable reports. You can access them by clicking the EPRO Analytics button located in the top right corner of your procurement application.
The EPRO Analytics reports are classic reports that have been reworked and moved to this new section. You can now redesign and customize these reports using the Reports Designer. Additionally, you can preview EPRO Analytics reports in your web browser. This preview feature allows you to make sure that the report you are trying to run or schedule is the one you need.
