Scheduled Maintenance Report (Classic)

Purpose

Retrieve all Scheduled Maintenance items within a specific date range and the Locations they are assigned to.

Run the Report

To run report go to Reports > General Setup > Scheduled Maintenance Report > Fill in Parameters > Select Output Format > Generate Report.

Parameters

  • Begin Effective Date – Enter date you would like to begin report from.

  • End Effective Date – Enter date you would like report to run through.

  • Show Complete Items – Select whether or not you would like report to show completed items.

  • Only show items with locations assigned - Select whether or not you would like report to only show items with locations assigned to them.

  • Output Format – Select the type of format you would like to run report. MS Excel (No formatting) preferred.
