Project Tracking
Now that your Project has been setup, you can begin tracking expenses to it. This is done by using either the Requisition Form(for creating a PO) or the Invoice Entry Form (for offline orders) and coding items to the Project's GL Accounts.
The Requisition Approvalprocess for your Project can be initiated by setting up an Allowance Category for a specific GL Account and assigning an approval person to the category.
An approval step can also be initiated when using the Invoice Entry Form by relying on the Payable Test feature associated with the new Allowance Category mentioned above.
