Budgets

The Budget module provides Buyers with a real-time analysis tool that allows them to track spend versus budgeted amounts. In order for the Budget module to function, Buyers should allow General Ledger coding during the ordering or receiving steps that are part of the Purchasing Workflow. By allowing for these associations, those with access to the Budget Analysis feature will be able to view expenses based on a selected budget.
