Order Guide Report (Classic)
Purpose
The Order Guide Report allows you to pull all current order guides from the system. The two available formats for viewing this report are by location and product detail. Location detail will show each order guide and list the location attached below. Location specifics included in the report are as follows.
Run the Report
To run report go to Reports > Order Guide Report > Fill in information > Select Output Format > Generate Report.
Parameters
Order Guide – Select All or a specific order guide to run report for.
Detail Type – Location Detail, Product Detail
Grouping – None. Product Category
1rst Sort Order – Buyer Item Number, Supplier Item Number, Product Category, Product Name
2nd Sort Order – Buyer Item Number, Supplier Item Number, Product Category, Product Name
Output Format – Select the type of format you would like to run report. MS Excel (No formatting) preferred
Product detail will display all order guides and list the products attached to each. Product specifics contained in the information generated include
Supplier number
Item number
Product name
Buyer number
Price
